**Rope Splicing Tech - Training Provided**

**Job Title**:Rope Splicing Tech - Training Provided

**Salary**: $17- $21 an hour

**Job Type**: Full-time

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

**Number of hires for this role: 2** - starting immediately

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Use hand tools and machinery to manipulate rope product to create rope terminations
- Quality check all products to ensure it is in compliance with Maple Leaf Ropes and the rope manufacturers specifications and standards
- Follow all inventory processes
- Ensure customer requests and expectations are met
- Produce quality product in a timely manner
- Ensure that splicing area is kept clean and free of safety hazards

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Ability to work independently
- Physically fit for the job - please see below
- High attention to detail
- Experience working in a manufacturing and/or production environment preferred
