**Children of the Island** Our new site is surrounded by beautiful, forested areas and trails with picturesque views of the Juan de Fuca straight and Olympic Mountains. Every section of this centre has been methodically thought out and planned to engage children in a learn through play nature inspired environment. The centre includes a full size indoor/outdoor gymnasium with rock climbing wall, large fully equipped licensed kitchen, infirmary, and elevator providing full accessibility.
We offer competitive wages with a great benefits package that includes extended Health, pension plan and Dental and Life Insurance (after successful completion of 3 month probationary period). Extra perks include free onsite lunch program, onsite staff gym, paid workshops and first aid renewals along with some great team-building activities. We also provide 30% reduction on your childcare fees pending on availability. We provide 2 weeks paid Christmas break as well and 2 weeks of paid vacation. We also provide fully paid continued education (some conditions apply).
