We are currently looking for a **Project Coordinator/Estimator** to join our team in Delta, BC.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ project coordination experience in steel fabrication and erection
- Able to read and interpret engineering specifications, engineered design drawings, specifications, scope of work, tender documents, and contracts
- Able to manage and organize a complex stream of information efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office
- Preferred experience in Bluebeam and/or Tekla
- Preferred experience as a structural steel detailer

**Responsibilities**:

- Full-cycle project coordination in steel fabrication and erection
- Estimating pertaining to change order management
- Remain current with the CISC Code of Standard Practice and the BC Building Code
- Create, maintain, and grow relationships with stakeholders
