**Job Description Summary**:

The Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis will manage the FP&A departmental efforts in the areas of executive-level reporting, improved financial modeling, automation, and standardization. You will develop key financial performance indicators and lead deep dive analytics to find correlations between non-financial data and financial outcomes.
You will provide meaningful insights and recommendations on improving the business results. Manages the ongoing FP&A calendar and coordination with other functions and systems across the company.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the Finance team and other stakeholders from across the business to develop key financial performance indicators and planning scenarios
- Support Department Heads and provide analysis of actual performance against plans and trend performance
- Identify, document, and support the implementation of improvement opportunities for FPA-related models, systems, data visualizations, and processes
- Contribute to the requirements, configuration, implementation, of a new FPA budgeting and reporting system in close collaboration with the FPA Systems and Analytics team
- Provide end-user support for FPA budgeting and reporting system, support system changes, and train super-user
**Knowledge and Qualifications***
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Computer Systems
- CPA-CA preferred, CFA is a definite asset
- 10+ years of experience, including management or supervisory experience
- Proven people leadership & coordination with executives
- Experience using Business Intelligence Software and ERP familiarity (SAP preferred)
