Attend philanthropy/fundraising conferences across North America
- Establishing relationships with potential clients through new business leads
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote products and services.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and seek out potential clients by offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Nurture leads and contacts to ensure the maximum # of appointments are set up.
- Connecting and networking with key decision-makers in the non-profit, healthcare philanthropy and education development sectors to build relationships and present product offerings.
- Analyzing market conditions, competition, and pricing structures to identify opportunities for increasing market share.
- Promote the company’s products & services.
- Partner with cross-functional team members, including project managers, sales consultants, and customers, to design high-quality creative solutions that meet and exceed the requirements of creative briefs.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine and increase lead generation.
- Take the lead from prospect to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)

Qualifications:

- A high degree of perseverance and tenacity combined with ‘hustle’ to achieve results.
- A willingness to learn and leave your comfort zone.
- Ability to handle and navigate objections.
- Directive personality - solves problems in a decisive manner.
- The ability to assess a situation and determine the best course of action.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
- Ability to maintain a consistent, positive attitude.
- Desire and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Philanthropy network and work experience is a plus.
