**The job**

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analysis of the North American business gross margins reconciled with Barley Procurement positions. You assist with the performance of budgets, forecasts, business plans and any financial reporting required on time and with reliability in order to monitor and improve company's financial performance and to provide support to General management regarding the decision making in business development strategy.
- Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited too:

- Develop process for Gross Margin analysis and ensure timely reporting to include:

- The analysis of raw material costs which can be impacted by, among others, customer mix, production process material efficiency, purchasing efficiency
- The analysis of logistics costs and services
- Review, analyse and explain actuals vs forecast
- Align the above with quarterly P&L forecast process and annual budget process
- Contribute to the analysis of working capital, primarily related to inventory stocks.
- Provide analysis of actuals versus forecast and budget
- Provide input to budget and forecast
- Ad hoc financial analyses;
- Contribute to Group financial process improvement and maintain controls integrity.

**Who you are**
- Minimum 5 year's work experience within finance, with an thorough experience in financial analyses.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent by experience
- US GAAP
- Fluent English
- Analytical thinking
- Experience as an accountant is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office, primarily with Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and Business Objects (BI reporting) is an advantage.
