Garaventa Lift is a world
- class manufacturer of wheelchair lifts, LU/LA Elevators and Home Elevators.

Currently, we are seeking a full-time Production Planner in our Surrey home office.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure supply plan is optimized based on planning parameters (e.g., target safety stock, MOQ, product classification, lead-time)
- Review updated forecast and inventory status to decide on immediate and long-term order requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with factories to ensure adequate capacity and materials to meet long term demand
- Arrange and perform daily, monthly and annual cycle and stock counts
- Perform job check list, negative reports and transactions to ensure that all production activities have been recorded properly in the system
- Provide updates to internal teams on updated shipment schedule and stock availability
- Routinely review and monitor supply status to identify supply issues and work with the internal and external parties to solve immediately
- Run daily and monthly reports and KPI updates
- Participate in the management of suppliers and escalate any major issue to management
- Additional duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in SCM/Business Management preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience as production planner preferred
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
