We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to support our commercial portfolio.

**Job Summary**

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to owners, the asset manager, and general office staff by ensuring smooth day-to-day maintenance of commercial tenancies, and development projects. The successful applicant requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to management, inclusive of keeping organized records of tenant correspondence, and new development projects.
- Setting up and executing commercial maintenance programs, alongside the Asset Manager.
- Assisting with the preparation and proofreading of lease documents, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintaining owners calendars for coordination with partners and stakeholders.
- Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and lenders as needed.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of administrative or office experience; real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor with strong service skills.
- Access to a car is preferred but not required.
