Dynamic Machine is seeking an experienced **Hydraulic Technician** to join our team. Located at our Head office location.

Dynamic Machine Corporation of Winnipeg, Manitoba is a modern integrated industrial manufacturing, repair, and supply company capable of dealing with projects of any size. Since1970 Dynamic Machine has been serving national and international clients both by building and repairing all types of custom and general production machinery and by selling, servicing, and repairing all brands of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Recently, a fabrication facility was added to an already impressive list of services provided.

Working in accordance with the company’s mission and vision, you will demonstrate our key values, as outlined in the employee performance review. At all times, you will strive to show professionalism, efficiency, and courteousness.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Estimates
- Disassemble and inspect incoming customer products for wear and damage.
- Routinely check the service board for Job Cards that are in queue under your name for inspection and/or completion and rely on the Service Manager for next assignments.
- Troubleshoot, test, and/or install hydraulic products and systems both in the shop, and on-site
- Gather the necessary tools and manuals required to complete the scope of work
- Ensure that the scope of work is performed safely, on-time, and with quality workmanship
- Communicate status of jobs that are in the disassemble and inspection to the Service Writer
- Communicate status of jobs that are in repair/assembly to the Service Manager
- Escalate issues and/or red flags for items that are on-hold due to internal or external factors
- Once complete, provide a written scope of work performed to the Service Writer for invoicing
- Ensure finished components and units are thoroughly cleaned and placed in outgoing for shipping
- Clean/maintain equipment and workstation daily utilizing any shop time available.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times
- Attend routine stand-up meetings as required
- Other duties as per organizational demands

**Qualifications / Experience & Skill Requirements**:

- Previous mechanical experience and having a mechanical aptitude is essential to this position
- Previous hydraulic knowledge and/or hydraulic repairs would be considered an asset
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment; following specific repair guidelines, interpreting diagrams and drawings if necessary
- Provide basic tools for repair
- Ability to work independently and within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
