**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Outreach & Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools, education agents, and community organizations.
- Conduct school visits, presentations, and information sessions.
- Develop a pipeline of prospective students through outreach activities.
- Admissions & Recruitment
- Respond promptly and professionally to parent and student inquiries.
- Organize campus tours and open houses for prospective families.
- Promotion & Events
- Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events.
- Coordinate promotional materials and presentations to highlight the school’s strengths.
- Contribute to social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns to enhance school visibility and engagement.
- Reporting & Collaboration
- Track and report on outreach activities, inquiries, and enrollment progress.
- Collaborate with the Principal, Marketing team, and faculty to align recruitment strategies with school goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and parent/student needs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in admissions, marketing, education services, or community outreach (experience in private school or higher education preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage parents, students, and school partners effectively.
- Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity; ability to work with international students and families.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Halton-Peel education community preferred.
