**YOUR FUTURE POSITION**
This role will report to the Global Head of Onboarding in Talent Management. Together with a passionate team you will enable our workforce to grow to their full potential and increase their readiness to fulfill current and future business needs to empower SAP on its way of becoming the could company.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**:
- Successfully deliver training and onboarding enablement programs to ensure new hires are equipped with content, insights, resources, and tools to effectively navigate within the organization
- Ensure alignment of enablement activities with key internal and strategic topics for SAP.
- Facilitate the successful execution and delivery of self-paced, virtual and Face-to-Face on-boarding sessions that leads to continuous learning in year one for our new hires
- Leverage internal systems, infrastructure, and other enablement tools for delivering formal and informal/social learning.
- Run, measure and report on the effectiveness of trainings delivered.
- Determine opportunities for improving the learning experience and identify innovative techniques for enhancing the delivery of world-class programs.
- **YOUR PROFILE**
- 3-5 years of experience being instructor/facilitator in enablement programs demonstrating leadership capabilities in international environment
- Extensive demonstrable working knowledge of the education technology, design and methodologies preferably with knowledge on Corporate, field and or HR enablement concepts, practices and procedures
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with corporate peer functions, within the team and SAP Learning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with new talent professionals and management
- Team player with strong intrapersonal skills and demonstrate a cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to inspire others and thrive in a fast-paced, innovating and sometimes unpredictable environment
- Fluent English - and other languages are a plus depending on regional location
