**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and priming.
- Read and interpret schematics and project specifications to determine the best approach for each job.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various painting tasks.
- Restore surfaces as needed, ensuring a smooth and professional finish.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding project progress and any concerns.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a painter in residential, industrial painting, or construction painting (2+ years preferred).
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation is essential.
- Strong time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A customer service-oriented mindset that prioritizes client satisfaction.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are an asset.
