We’re looking for a **Guest Service Coordinator **to join our team. So, if you’re interested in this opportunity, read on

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Answer and screen calls and schedule and manage appointments for the clinical team
- Provide a professional, friendly experience for all clients and visitors, whether via phone, online, or in person
- Checking clients in and out; billing
- Knowledgeable of all spa services and retail products
- Assist in scheduling follow-up visits
- Prepare client’s intake and consent forms and enter all client information accurately into the database
- Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software, follow-up calls, and appointment confirmations
- Assist with troubleshooting office equipment and technology
- Prepare daily financial reports and bank deposits
- Effectively manage inventory
- Clinic opening and closing
- Promote clinic services and products
- Other varied duties as requested by Clinic Manager or Operations Manager

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Two or more years of recent experience in a clinical, aesthetic, surgical, or medical spa (required), hotel/hospitality, and sales experience is an asset
- Customer service and retail experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Passionate about the industry
- Excellent phone etiquette
