**Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician**
**Company: Towers Realty Group Ltd.**

Providing support to the Property Manager
- The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operation of the existing building and the upkeep of mechanical operations. The position with Towers Realty Group is in our Regina Harbour Landing area. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Have a good understanding of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues.
- Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting, and alarm system to ensure they are in good working order.
- Suite Turnover maintenance
- Minor daily garbage pickup
- Schedule and complete customers requests for maintenance
- General common area and building maintenance.
- Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting
- Regularly walk property and inspect building, lot, and common areas
- Ensure Contractors arrive as per scheduled timelines and completes their work as per contracts.
- Painting suites and common areas as scheduled
- Setting high customer service standards & ensuring positive resident relations and resident satisfaction
- Ensure service of documents and annual inspections are dealt with as per Towers policies and local Residential Tenancy Act
- Minimum of 2 years building maintenance experience required
- Possess the ability to work in teams and without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly organized and team oriented
- Able to deal with difficult people and situations
- Must have the ability to work extended hours as necessary to complete job duties
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work on-call hours
