Junior Site Super needed

**Job Description**:
Monitor and document all daily trade functions: timeliness, quality of workmanship, completion of work, ensure compliance with plans and specifications;
Attend regular staff meetings, coming prepared to discuss safety, quality, and production timelines;
- Perform daily inspections to ensure imperfections are noted;
Resolve day-to-day problems on the job site, managing the trades, keeping sites clean;
Make Project Manager aware of any conflicts within plans and/or between specifications and plans;
Write daily reports with photos;
Ensure all construction documents are up to date and make sure trades are following the required changes on site. Also, maintain a set of working drawings noting all changes for quick cross-reference;
Although the work is primarily in management of trades.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a site supervisor is an asset
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment is an asset
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Able to lift a maximum of 50lb.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
