**Key Responsibilities**
- Install **SBS modified bitumen roofing systems** using both heat-welded and cold-applied methods
- Execute precise flashing work, seam welding, and membrane detailing
- Interpret and follow construction drawings and job specifications
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship in accordance with safety codes and building standards
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate as needed with on-site supervisors or project leads

**MANDATORY CATEGORIES**
- Minimum 2 **years of experience** working on **commercial flat roofing systems** (SBS/TPO-focused)
- Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail
- Knowledgeable in industry safety standards and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37.55-$44.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Additional pay:
