**Contract In-Home Kinesiologist**

**Compensation**: $35/hour + performance-based bonuses (see below)

I am the owner of a small business looking to expand my team From the Core Fitness helps clients invest in their long-term health through science-based movement coaching and personalized physical fitness programs—delivered in the comfort of their homes. Our clients are proactive about their well-being, seeking expert guidance to improve strength, mobility, energy, and longevity. We’re growing our in-home team and looking for passionate **Kinesiologists**who want to make a lasting impact.

**About the Role**

As a Contract In-Home Kinesiologist, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes to deliver functional assessments, tailored exercise programs, and ongoing support that promotes physical independence and wellness. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of independent practice with the backing of a referral-generating business model and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct in-home functional movement assessments and goal-setting
- Design and implement customized exercise and rehab programs
- Educate clients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and recovery
- Track progress and adjust programs based on client outcomes
- Collaborate with allied health professionals as needed
- Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Kinesiology or related field (BKA
- Current registration with AKA and CSEP
- Valid liability/professional insurance
- First Aid & CPR certification (current)
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, punctual, and client-focused
- Experience with in-home or community-based care is a plus

**Compensation Structure**
- **$35/hour** for all billable client sessions
- **$25/client referral bonus** for new clients brought in by you
- **10% commission** on all session packages or programs sold
- **$50 monthly client retention bonus** when maintaining 90%+ client rebooking
