As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an **Electrical Project Manager **to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site walk-throughs to generate accurate estimates for labour and materials required for electrical jobs.
- Engage suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing to incorporate into estimates.
- Provide estimates to the customer in a timely manner and follow-up as required.
- Manage change orders when the scope of work changes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of specifications and drawings to fully understand requested work.
- Provide direction and support to field personnel (electricians and apprentices) to ensure electrical projects are on completed on time and budget.
- Manage personnel to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve project-related issues (e.g. change orders, material requirements on job site, etc.),
- Promote Clarke Electric’s product services and offerings and look for additional opportunities at customers facilities.
- Provide leadership and training to Electricians and Apprentices.
- Ensure health and safety practices are adhered to.
- Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical problems on industrial machinery on an emergency basis.
- Follow up on completed work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on quoted work to drive sales.

**Experience Required**:

- 309A Electrical License
- 8-10 Years electrical experience in an industrial setting
- 5 years experience quoting projects and being involved with project management
- Solid knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Code
- Valid and clean drivers licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, positive and entrepreneurial attitude

Pay: $120,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
