We are now hiring for a **Journeyman Plumber and Apprentices. **Here is an opportunity to be involved in a wide range of plumbing activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and multifamily residential structures
- Collaborate with team members to help resolve property issues
- Follow building plans and blueprints
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
- Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used
- Supervise apprentices

**Plumber Qualifications / Skills**
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
- Familiar with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
- Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Very good communication skills for communicating with management, other trades and apprentices
- Very reliable, organized, with good judgement

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- 1-4 years experience as an apprentice or 5+ years as a journeyperson plumber
- Must have own Vehicle
- Must have own tools

**Work Hours**
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
