We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Coordinator with recent ADP Workforce Now experience to join our team
Job Location**:40 West Wilmot Street, Richmond Hill, ON**
Job Type**:full time, on-site**
Salary**:Competitive salary and health benefits.**
**Required Hours at our Richmond Hill Office**:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5pm
**Job responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for full time staff
- Manage ROE, T4, RL1, and other payroll tax-related forms
- Facilitate employee benefits and WSIB administration
- Handle employee records and files
- Verify and update timecards
- Collector and company's licensing administration, renewal, and cancellation
- Assist with year-end external audit
- Other tasks, as required
**Required**:
- Excellent knowledge of ADP - 5 years +
- CPA (certified payroll administrator)
- Benefits Administration - 5+ years
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
