**What your day to day will look like**:
**Reporting directly into the Controller and supporting the CFO**
- **Accounts Receivables;** lead 3 direct reports on the AR team, monitor AR balances and collections activity, manage non recurring job cost tracking system, handle escalated customer AR inquiries
- **Leasing and Fixed Assets;** lease payment and fixed asset tracking and reconciliation, verify leases on sub contractor turnover confirming details and sending to Purchasing, coordinate lease buyouts and end of lease procedures, follow up on any abnormalities or issues
- **Month End;** handle all monthly tax and government remittances, complete month end AR, prepare and post month end reconciling journal entries, create monthly job costing variance report
- **Quarterly and Year End;** complete quarterly end AR, perform year end testing and reconciliation requirements, assist Controller in year end audit
- **Ad Hoc; **assist in overall general accounting functions, assist CFO with treasury management, various reports and analysis

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Must have 10 years of Accounting experience, if CPA designated 3-5 years experience
- Bachelors in Accounting and solid understanding of Accounting principles and best practices
- Must have knowledge and experience in of full cycle bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, financial reports, ACCPAC and government remittances
- Must be dependable and customer service oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Sage and Excel would be considered an asset
