**This position has the ability to work remotely 1 day per week and 4 days in-office after the training period is completed.**
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Timely Invoicing in accordance with contract terms and milestone completion of projects
- Audit and log shipment details into the system
- Set up electronic payments for certain suppliers via BMO Online Banking for Business
- Analyze & reconcile AR subledger and related accounts (Customer Deposits Liability, AR, AR foreign exchange etc.)
- Support StackTeck’s ERP implementation and related RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects
- Develop cash collection forecasts based on project milestone dates and negotiated credit terms
- Credit management including aged receivables reporting to senior management and following up with customers
- Electronically deposit customer cheques using the in-house scanner
- Prepare cash report on weekly basis and send out to managers
- Reconcile payments on account and other AR receipts and make appropriate journal entries in the system
- File AR paperwork on a daily/weekly basis, while supporting our transition to a 100% paperless department
- Provide supporting paperwork for auditors during annual audits
- Support other accounting functions as required
- Carry out other related month-end duties

**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR related position
- Superior spreadsheet skills
- Prior background in treasury position would be an asset
- Ability to exhibit composure, patience and confidence when facing a difficult situation
- Ability to speak Spanish will be a definite asset
