Seeking a reliable Lead Hand carpenter with at least 5 years experience to join our team. Must be a self-starter, willing to learn and take initiative. Focus is mainly renovations.

**Skills**
- Proven experience as carpenter
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
- Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds

Pay to commensurate with experience, and will be reassessed after a three month period.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:
