We are seeking a Junior / Intermediate Level Tech Support Agent to join our team

You will be responsible for helping customers by providing support over the phone and resolving issues related to our Point of Sale software.

**This is a work-in-office position only. Remote work is not available.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming tech-support calls and inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to our Point of Sale Software
- Train and educate our clients on the use of our software
- Install / uninstall / update software modules & drivers under a MS Windows platform
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving support issues that come up

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to break down and solve problems
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work with other co-workers and communicate effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10 installation, driver/software updates
- Experience with MS Office 2013+ (Excel and Word), manipulating spreadsheets etc.
- Basic network setup knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
