**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored moving & storage solutions.
- **Promotion and Marketing**:

- Promote Sparta Movers' services to potential customers.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or logistics industry.
- Experience in Atlas Van Lines is an asset.
- Competitiveness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
