Inside Sales Coordinator-remote

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cold-call prospects that are generated by external and internal sources of lead.
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Collaborate with Sales team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Sales Team where appropriate.
- Maintain and expand the company's CRM
- Ensure follow-up by passing leads to sales team with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.
- Schedule Sales presentations
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts as needed.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
- Overcome objections of prospective customers.
- Coordinate customer training as necessary.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the company CRM
- Work with customers to find the correct contact for any issues.
- Attend Quarterly Sales meetings at Head Office
- Sales reporting
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
- Experience in Fleet Maintenance is an asset.
- Able to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales meetings.
- Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- French and Spanish speaking would be an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
