**Position** - Sales Support Assistant, Location - Brampton.
- **Outbound Calling**: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about
- products, services, or promotions.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify prospects, gather customer information, and convert leads into sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Answer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Record Keeping**: Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in CRM systems.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- **Ledger Clearance**: Assist in verifying, updating, and reconciling customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.
- **Marketing & Sampling Events**: Attend and support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product sampling events to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- **Payment Follow-ups**: Contact clients to remind them of pending payments, ensure timely collections, and update records accordingly.
- **Sales Data Analysis & Mapping**: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and geographic market opportunities; prepare reports and mapping insights to support strategic decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of tele calling or sales experience
- Prior experience in customer service, or related fields, will be an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid work authorization.
- Valid Driver license.

Pay: $41,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
