**Who we are**:
Public Sector Network (PSN) brings together public and industry partners, in an open forum, to help deliver fair and collaborative alliances.
Starting in Australia back in 2014 Public Sector Network has grown from two people and a dining table to a global team of over 80 located in Sydney, New York, Oslo and everywhere in between. Our team is diverse, each bringing unique perspectives and experiences to PSN.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Regional Director, Marketing, North America, you will be responsible for the marketing of a number of Public Sector Network’s key communities and managing a team of marketing professionals.
You will be joining a passionate and committed marketing team, contributing to the success of Public Sector Network’s Canada event portfolio.
Day-to-day you will be collaborating with the PSN team on messaging, campaign analysis and deployment, content, social, web and managing the Canadian marketing team.
**Key Tasks**:
- Lead Canadian marketing team, ensuring KPIs are achieved, and tasks are completed
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for selected community virtual events, roadshows, large scale events and bespoke offerings as required
- Create and manage a marketing calendar that forecasts the brands development, with a focus on building awareness; standardize and streamline marketing processes.
- Drive audience engagement through copy and content
- Create and execute content marketing strategy including publishing digital content such as articles, whitepapers and blog posts on the Public Sector Network website.
- Analyse campaign results through in-house reporting to inform future investment decisions and marketing direction
- Collaborate with production, sales and operations teams to successfully execute the event campaign strategy
- Build relationships with external partners where necessary
- Report on team and personal results, areas of growth and opportunities
- Work closely with Regional Director of Marketing, North America and other key stakeholders to track team performance, revenue targets and department spending.
**About you**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a traditional Marketing role (client-side, events or agency)
- Excellent writer and communicator
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Hubspot (or similar) experience is considered an asset
- Recent certification (Google, Hubspot, etc.) is considered an asset
