We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who possesses the intellect, drive, people skills, and business acumen to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance, results-driven environment. This position reports to the General Manager.

- Hours of Work: 30 Hr / Week

**Job Duties**
- Manage workflow, classify marketing projects, assign them to internal teams, and escalate resource conflicts to the senior management when necessary.
- Manage projects, events, and sponsored printing, mail, and newsletter production support.
- Define processes and implement reporting metrics to track projects, time, and cost/budget.
- Manage and maintain the latest marketing plan.
- Navigate the company, and work with outsourced insurance marketing designers, language teams, external agencies, and printing companies to manage the completion of marketing and communication tasks.
- Assist the manager to provide event support/sponsorship and accompany the senior manager to attend some insurance and finance meetings when needed.
- Participate in working group meetings to assign projects on behalf of the team.
- Communicate and coordinate needs, and suitability of content with other staff to serve and delight various audiences.
- Recommend and modify content in style and organization in a consistent manner.
- Find creative and new ways to organize ad-hoc and complex content to ensure marketing materials stay updated and attractive to appeal to new audiences.
- Provide marketing and communication strategy support for managers and team members.
- Undertake additional duties, as required, from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- College Diploma/Certificate or higher in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required
- Highly motivated, logical thinker, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
- Able to work both independently and as part of the team;
- Excellent computer skills and organizational abilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: $26.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
