You will be responsible for food preparation, handling transactions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.

**Requirements**:

- Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
