**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Work experience should include a minimum of 2-3 years in an outside sales position.
- Knowledge of using computer systems, communication tools, and software programs.
- CMS experiences
- Creation and management of a book of business
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent organizational and well-developed presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow up.
- Aggressive, financially driven, and self-starter.

**ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:

- Prepare proposals and contracts for potential customers.
- Maintain proposal documentation with accurate pricing and configuration.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential customers in a professional manner.
- Close sales in a professional and effective manner.
- Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management.

**Salary**: $52,987.00-$175,000.00 per year
