**About the Role**

You’ll host guests across **all CipherX activities**. That includes **VR experiences (booths & free-roam), Golf Simulators (Delta), X-Grid interactive floor games, Escape Rooms, birthday parties, and private events.** You’ll set the vibe, keep things safe, and deliver smooth, memorable sessions from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do
- **Front-of-house**: welcome guests, manage check-ins/waivers, handle POS & bookings, answer questions
- **Brief & coach**: deliver clear safety + how-to briefings for **VR, golf sims, X-Grid, and escape rooms**:

- **Live host**: monitor sessions, give hints/help, adjust difficulty, keep energy high
- **Tech & resets**: sanitize VR gear, calibrate headsets/controllers, set up golf bays, reset escape rooms, prep X-Grid games, basic troubleshooting and escalation
- **Facility care**: keep lobby, rooms, and restrooms spotless; restock and maintain equipment
- **Sales & service**: upsell add-ons, memberships/gift cards, and future bookings; resolve issues with empathy
- **Events**: assist with birthdays, team-builders, and full-facility rentals

What You Bring
- Outstanding people skills and a friendly, professional vibe
- Comfortable explaining tech and guiding first-timers (VR/golf sim/X-Grid)
- Calm under pressure; quick problem-solver and team player
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking
- Able to stand for long periods and lift/move ~25-40 lb for resets/equipment
- **Must be available evenings/weekends/holidays**

**Nice to Have**: hospitality/retail or recreation experience; theatre/hosting background; basic AV/IT troubleshooting; interest in games/VR/golf.
