**Job Overview**

Imperial VIP Services Inc., a luxury transportation company based in Burnaby, is seeking a reliable and professional **Chauffeur** to provide exceptional service to our clients. Most of our work consists of **airport transfers to and from Vancouver International Airport (YVR)** and **long-distance trips to Whistler**, serving corporate clients, tourists, and high-profile passengers.

**Duties**
- Safely operate limousines and luxury vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness before and after each trip.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
- Manage schedules effectively to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide support for passengers with special needs when required.
- Keep accurate trip records, including mileage and fuel consumption.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Minimum Class 4 Driver’s License** (unrestricted preferred) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial driving, chauffeur service, or passenger transport.
- Strong **English language and communication skills**.
- Excellent driving skills with knowledge of Metro Vancouver roads and the Whistler route.
- Strong customer service and hospitality focus to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle checks is an asset.

**Bonus Skills**
- Additional languages (Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.).
- Experience with **tour commentary** or engaging guests with local knowledge.
