We’re an independent, high-volume pizza spot preparing to open our **second location this fall**, with more growth planned for the future. We’re looking for an experienced **Front-of-House Operations Manager** to lead our FOH teams, build strong systems, and help scale our guest experience as we grow.

This is a **hands-on leadership role** for someone who’s worked in busy, service-driven restaurants and knows how to balance daily operations, team development, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with ownership, FOH supervisors, and kitchen leadership to maintain high standards, build team culture, and ensure both locations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staffing & HR**
- Lead FOH hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
- Support and coach FOH supervisors at both locations
- Manage scheduling, availability, and labor cost tracking
- Address disciplinary issues professionally and consistently
- Maintain clear, open communication with the team and ownership

**Operations & Systems**
- Maintain service standards and consistency across both stores
- Host pre-shift meetings & coach staff
- Roll out menu, POS, and process updates — and ensure proper training
- Keep FOH spaces organized, stocked, and running smoothly

**Admin & Support**
- Order and track FOH supplies and beverage inventory
- Maintain accurate beverage pricing and cost tracking
- Weekly meetings with ownership and operations leads

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced in FOH management at a high-volume restaurant
- A strong communicator and thoughtful leader
- Systems-minded — organized, proactive, and comfortable with tech
- Able to work on the floor when needed and jump in to support the team
- Excited about being part of a growing, independent hospitality company

**Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000/year**, depending on experience and qualifications.Includes salaried hours, bonuses, paid vacation, and opportunities for growth as we expand. *This role begins as a 1 year contract, with the possibility of transferring to a permanent position depending on performance and fit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
