DISHWASHER - 2 Positions Available

MONDAY- FRIDAY 9:00 AM -5:00 PM (SHIFT TIMES MAY VARY)

WEEKENDS AND EVENTS - SHIFT TIME VARIES

STARTING AT $17 PER HOUR

Responsible for washing all dishes in accordance with the techniques outlined by the health department: properly washed, rinsed in a mild bleach solution, and allowed to dry completely before storing.

All counters, stovetops, and prep areas scrubbed at the end of every shift with a bleach/detergent solution. The dish area must be cleaned and the sinks scrubbed with powered cleaner.

Bar wipes bleached and hung to dry at the end of every shift.

Floors swept and mopped at the end of every shift, making sure to get under counters, stoves and shelves. The walk-in fridge and the entire kitchen floor, including the staff room, must be swept and mopped once a week.

Garbage needs to be put outside in the proper bins through the course of the day. Boxes must be broken down and stacked at the end of each shift.

The grease trap must be thoroughly cleaned out every week.

In addition to the duties outlined above, the chef may assign additional duties as time allows. Such tasks may include special cleaning, food prep or maintenance duties.

**Salary**: $17.00 /hr
