Reporting to the Estimating Leader, you would work with customers, estimating and sales groups.

**As the Architectural Glass - Technical Support, your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide Technical support and information to Customers and Industry Professionals, in the form of Glass Performance Calculator Reports, GGI Capabilities and Product Information.
- Provide Sample Requests to and coordinate with Samples, Order Processing to distribute sample requests received from Customers, Project Estimating, Project Management, Outside Sales, some from Inside Sales group.
- Work directly with Estimators and Project managers over customer communications and support where needed.
- Help estimators with various complexity of quotes and determine resources required to process and respond to quotes in a timely manner.
- Strong excel skills, complete performance calculator reports and ability to find accurate, pertinent information on the web. Build relationships with Industry Resources. Loop in experts around you.
- Help customers understand what product best suits the situation.
- Organizational and Communication Skills and follow up.
- Understanding of Process Flow.
- Maintains accurate and timely records of sample request, and glass performance calculator reports and any other technical information provided to customers etc.

**What you bring**:

- 2 years’ experience working in Fenevision
- 1 years Customer Service experience
- Estimating, build / construction environment knowledge, and drawing experience.
- Strong understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
