Vista Radio and Moose FM have an immediate opening for a Sales Supervisor. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for sales leadership, client relationship building, and driving revenue growth in radio and digital media.

**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and support a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns (radio, digital, and social media) to help clients achieve their business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and develop new revenue streams.
- Assist in meeting and exceeding the station’s local retail radio and digital sales budgets, contributing to both team and individual revenue targets.
- Support the General Sales Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Account Executives, fostering a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to implement corporate policies, initiatives, and Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring team compliance.
- Manage accounts receivables for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Engage in community involvement by participating in local organizations to enhance the station’s presence and reputation.

Position Requirements
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or mentor role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, experience with Wide Orbit and vCreative is a huge plus.
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually to develop unique solutions and resolve challenges.
- Strong customer service and networking skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable, fully insured automobile required.
