**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Floor Supervisor, the Station Supervisors are responsible for overlooking a group of seasonal 10-Day employees, who might be working in various roles around the GMC Stadium. This role gives the incumbent the opportunity to oversee a group of employees and ensure stands operate efficiently and effectively.

**These positions are Stampede-time roles, for the Calgary Stampede celebration in July 2025.**

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities of our Station Supervisors (18+) include, but are not limited to:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a prompt and friendly manner
- Complete all required paperwork, including stock requisition sheets, inventory count sheets, timesheets, etc.
- Spearhead the set up and take down of the concession stands
- Supervising the operations of concession stands at our venues
- Ordering stock to meet guest demands
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Adhering to all safety and environmental programs and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Completing demanding physical tasks such as being able to bend, be on their feet for extended periods of time, maneuvering stairs, along with lifting and carrying up to 50lbs of product
- Our venue includes exposure to animal dander, weather, and peanut allergens

**Qualifications**
- Floor supervisors must have at least 6 months of supervisory experience in food and beverage or retail.
- Station supervisors should be able to prioritize effectively to facilitate their station's smooth operation.

**Please note that all applicants will be required to**:

- Be 18 years of age or older by June 2025.
- Be legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada.
- Have a Social Insurance Number.
- Have a bank account in their own name.
- Must successfully participate in a criminal background check.
- Be available to work for all 10 days of the Calgary Stampede.
- Complete and comply with all required training and policies.
