This student position is with our Air and Ground Transportation Team. In this role, the student will coordinate all aspects of travel to our field locations, managing scheduled and ad-hoc corporate aircraft, busing and helicopters, and assisting with commercial travel inquiries and online booking tool support.

What you’ll do- Assist team with all field travel bookings using INNFinity (flight and bus reservations, roster creations, cancellations and changes).- Support team with reporting and reconciliation for flight and bus manifests.- Ensure adherence to the Travel Standard and support the overall Air & Ground Transportation strategy.

Who you are-
- Available to begin work in May 2025- To be successful, the student would need to be agile and able to adapt to change quickly, communicate effectively (written and verbal), be safety-focused, demonstrate technical knowledge and be able to work collaboratively within a team to achieve a common goal.

Education- Must be enrolled in a Travel and Tourism or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term-
- New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
