**Position: Part Time Sales Associate**

**Location: OVO Metrotown | Burnaby, BC**

**About You**:

**About the Role**:

- You are on the sales floor 2-5 days per week, engaging with consumers while promoting a first-class, inclusive working environment built on mutual respect, positive reinforcement, and effective communication.
- You take the initiative in keeping yourself well-informed and acquainted with knowledge pertaining to upcoming, current, and replenishment products.
- You collaborate, communicate, and strategize with your management and sales team to ensure they're well-informed with information and insights regarding consumer feedback and experience.
- You possess the discipline to effectively execute daily and weekly task lists under your management team's direction.
- You support and assist your team in executing inventory-related tasks such as receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming/outgoing shipments and transfers.
- You support and assist in ensuring that inventory levels are accurate by proactively reporting all inventory-related variances and discrepancies to your management team.
- You utilize the Point-of-Sale System by processing payments and exchanges while ensuring that the check-out process is smooth and seamless.
- You meet and maintain all company policies and procedures and dutifully communicate any infractions to your Store Manager.
- You ensure your store meets and maintains consistency with our expected in-store presentation to promote a consistent brand experience.
- In addition to your role as a Part-Time Sales Associate, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required.

**Must Haves**:

- You possess exemplary people skills and are passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- You are capable of lifting, packing and unpacking boxes that range from 5 - 40 lbs.
- You take pride in your sense of personal style and have an eye for visual design, trends, and initiatives.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire your team members to reach common goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year retail experience in a comparable, high-volume retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED; completion of post-secondary education will be considered an asset.
- You possess and maintain the availability to work 24 hours per week (3 days), including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
