**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders or inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide information about menu items, including food preparation and safety practices.
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Manage customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in the food industry.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to operate POS systems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Willingness to help customers and provide outstanding service at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
