**How will you contribute to the team?**
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects in support of the Construction Supervisors, in consultation with Project Management and Construction Manager Plan, organize, and act as the Company Representative pertaining to project documentation (photos, JSAs, daily reports, equipment records and contractor management software).
- Coordinate materials through interface with SCM, receive material at site and in the system.
- Coordinate equipment deliveries.
- Assist in safe workplace practices.
- Take meeting notes as when requested and distribute accordingly.
- Coordinates the transmission of documentation to various parties.
- Act as a liaison between company, client, subcontractors and vendors on active projects through Cognibox interfaces-be a super user.
- Collects subcontractor documentation.
- Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project material, and collect all compliance documents for project.
- Manage punch lists/ ITR documentation with turnover group.
- Prepare requisitions for materials, services, labor and equipment.
- Assist Construction Manager with various duties.
- Facilitate good communication systems throughout the site groups.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high
- pressure environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills-Bilingual French is an asset.
- Ability to understand the needs of the organization in bringing multiple projects to successful completion from Pre-engineering to Commissioning.
- Ability to work at construction site for extended durations, holidays, and weekend when necessary.
- Some lifting of max 10 lbs.
