This position allows you to take control of your availability and work location, whether from your office or home, and see patients in person or virtually. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care in a multi-disciplinary team off-site by:

- Connecting with patients in person and/or virtually to complete appropriate assessments
- Completing accurate documentation and performing appropriate follow-up
- Referring to specialists and other interprofessional team members as required
- Ensuring that patient care standards are maintained according to accepted medical standards

**Qualifications**:

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Professional liability insurance by the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
- Demonstrates professionalism and commitment to providing comprehensive and quality care
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently within a healthcare team
- Valid BLS/ACLS certificate preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player
- Knowledge and use of an EMR system preferred
- New graduates welcome;

**Salary & Benefit**:
**Job Types**: Casual/ Part-time
- competitive fee split or base plus commissionstrong clinical judgement and be able to coordinate care between multiple providers. They will be dedicated to organizing services to ensure patients drive positive results while caring for the whole person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and other medical conditions.
- Administer medications, treatments, medications, and procedures.
- Perform tests and procedures to assess the patient's physical condition.
- Clarify misconceptions about the meaning of particular symptoms or behaviors.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Doctoral Degree (preferred)
