Building Maintenance Technician

PointeClaire, Canada Tytanis Enterprises Inc. Full time

Employee will be required to oversee that the building runs smoothly, tend to Building Manager's requests and act quickly when there is a problem, by contacting the professionals required to do the repairs.

Daily work may include: changing light bulbs, calling locksmith to change door knobs, painting a wall, picking up needed material when needed, etc. knowledge of HVAC and alarm systems is a plus (but can also be trained)

Must have good manners, be very personable, hard working, very resourceful and takes initiative to make the building a better place for all the tenants.

In turn, you will work with a team that will make every day a fun one. A team of fun, very hard working people who love Tytanis and what it stands for and who are not afraid to give it all they've got.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
