**Responsibilities**

**Product Strategy**: Executing the product strategy in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives. This involves conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and identifying opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones.

**Product Development**:Leading the end-to-end product development process with our manufacturing partners, from conceptualization to launch. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as R&D, design, marketing, and supply chain to ensure products are developed on time and within budget.

**Product Testing**: Lead the Internal Product Testing program in order for us to be competitive in the market and provide advantages to the end users.

**Market Analysis**: Analyzing market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify gaps and areas of improvement for the company's product portfolio.

**Product Lifecycle Management**: Managing the entire product lifecycle, including product launches, updates (e.g. Gen 2, cost-saving ), and eventual discontinuations. Making data-driven decisions on product improvements and enhancements.

**Pricing and Positioning**: Establishing product pricing strategies and positioning in the market to ensure competitive advantage and profitability.

**Sales Support**: Collaborating with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, training, and product knowledge to effectively sell the products.

**Marketing and Promotion**: Working closely with the marketing team to create effective product marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive product awareness and sales.

**Forecasting and Inventory Management**:Analyzing sales data and market trends to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.

**Quality Control and Compliance**: Ensuring products meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and certifications.

**Cross-functional collaboration**: Working closely with various teams, such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless product execution and customer satisfaction.

**Customer Insights**: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback, conducting surveys, and using other research methods to gain insights into customer preferences and needs.

**Financial Performance Analysis**: Monitoring the financial performance of products, including sales, profitability, and return on investment, and making strategic recommendations based on the analysis.
