The primary role will be to lead a team and perform formwork carpentry (free-form) on commercial and residential sites throughout the Lower Mainland.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements
- Layout job site
- Quality control of team's performance and timelines
- Hold team accountable
- Ensures safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to General Manager
- Interact with customers professionally and courteously
- Must be motivated and have pride in your work
- Identifies Work Extras and converts to Change Orders when appropriate
- Maintain a clean crew truck at all times
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have valid Drivers License and able to operate company vehicles safely.
- 7+ years carpentry experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
