Automotive Service Advisor- Assistant

**Position Overview**:To support the Shop Manager in the optimization of the shop’s retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service.
A valuable team player in the sales and profit results of the location and the quality of its operation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Position Duties & Responsibilities**
Meet or exceed performance standards for quality and speed of service to our customers.
To act in a customer service capacity. This includes initial greeting of customer and the processing and maintenance of personal information and initiation of work order for service requirements.
Relaying of service completion progress and all aspects of customer billing, record maintenance and imputing of vendor costs to maintain internal tracking systems.
Ensure continuous implementation and enforcement of Midas policies and procedures.
Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
