We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to cover our Canada site in Victoria.

This position will be partnering with key stakeholders in each location and supporting the Talent Acquisition, Development and Reward team with the core purpose of aligning the strategic priorities of the business to our HR Divisional goals.

**Your day to day duties**:

- Independent support of all leaders and tribers concerning the employment relationship.
- Support with payroll and other HR reports for due diligence and reporting purposes.
- Consulting and bargaining with recognized Union.
- Involved in the end-to-end talent acquisition processes for certain roles.
- Work with Development team to support the integration of new tribers through effective onboarding.
- Ensure Music Tribe is compliant with labor law and regulations.
- Take ownership of special HR projects.
- Provide support to employees in HR Related topics such as off boarding, time away from work, benefits and other employment matters.
- Resolution of work-related issues, promptly to maintain a high level of employee satisfaction
- Support Heart Development with the roll out of the Heart Beats people survey and action planning to drive engagement.
- To be a business partner across the region and work effectively with all stakeholders.
- Partnering with the HR team to deliver a cohesive employer brand strategy and experience.

**Qualifications & Experience required**:

- Global, Multi-Cultural, Matrix Organization Experience
- Fluency in English
- Inspiring and dynamic HR professional
- 5 + years experience within a global organization
- Excellent communication and people skills, having studied human resources or business.
- Excellent understanding of HR policies, labor law and HR procedures
