The Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying and executing strategies to attract and enroll eligible participants in clinical trials. This involves identifying potential participants, communicating effectively about the trial's benefits and requirements, and managing the recruitment process to ensure timely and accurate enrollment. This role with report to the Clinical Site Manager.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies**:
Create and execute recruitment plans, including digital advertising, outreach to healthcare providers and patient advocacy groups, and community engagement activities.

**Identify and Engage Potential Participants**:
**Provide Information and Address Concerns**:
Clearly and accurately communicate the trial's details, including eligibility criteria, procedures, and potential risks and benefits, to potential participants. Conduct pre-screen conversations utilizing sponsor/trial specific pre-screen questionnaire to evaluate potential eligibility for a clinical trial

**Manage the Recruitment Process**:
Track responses for individual patient outreach initiatives including but not limited to centralized advertising campaigns and local site-initiated campaigns to assist Site Director in determining success and ROI of campaign

**Collaborate with Stakeholders**:
Work closely with researchers, clinical trial sites, and other relevant parties to ensure effective recruitment and retention of participants.

**Maintain Confidentiality and Adherence to Regulations**:
Uphold patient privacy and adhere to all applicable regulations, including HIPAA.

Responsible for reviewing and developing a familiarity with the protocol (i.e., study timelines, inclusion and exclusion criteria, study requirements)

Support Study Teams or perform other duties as needed.

Maintain confidentiality of patient protected health information

Other duties as assigned

**Your Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor of Science, knowledge of medical terminology

2+ years of experience in clinical trial recruitment or working with clinical reserach trials

Ability to use the following technology: Computers, Microsoft Office software, Sharepoint, Web-based platforms

Understanding of verbal, written, and organizational skills

Ability to work as a team player

Great communication skills; Fluency in English

Desired: experience in GI or Hepatology disease areas
