**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming telephone calls via Teams.
- Greet and assist clients and tradespeople, answering inquiries in a positive and professional manner.
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and arrange couriers as needed.
- Print labels and envelopes as required.
- Assist with maintenance of owner/tenant databases.
- Administer building keys for contractors, tenants, and owners.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Trouble shoot photocopier issues.
- Scanning/filing invoices.
- Process arrears letters.
- Assist with distribution of financial statements.
- Provide general support and backup to Admin and Accounting Teams

**Requirements**:

- Detail oriented, well organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and handle interruptions with a smile.
- A team player with clear written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and under direction.
- Demonstrate positive customer service skills and professionalism.
- Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as MS Office, Spectra and Info Tracker.
- Property Management experience would be an asset.
- High School graduate or equivalent.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
